During that time, you have noticed that one employee seems to be using the City’s copier, postage machine and her city issued cell phone for personal business. After investigating, you also discover that some of the charges on her city issued credit card also appear to be personal in nature. The City has no written policies concerning the use of City assets for personal business. What would you do?
